As the largest Phase One dealer in the world we are glad to offer “try before you buy” rentals on any Phase One product. If you are interested in purchasing a system, we can apply the rental amount towards your payment. Simply contact our sales team and let them know you’re interested in a purchase but want to evaluate the item in the real world before completing the purchase. They will coordinate with our rental team to make it happen.
Request a Try Before You Buy
For rentals we require security in the form of a credit card hold for the replacement value of the equipment rented or a certificate of liability insurance (COI). This is for your protection if anything should happen.
The Certificate of Insurance should name:
Digital Transitions, Inc.
35 W. 35th St. 10th floor, Suite 1001-1002
New York NY 10001
As the additional loss payee and certificate holder. In the comments section it should reference “Rented Equipment”, “Rented Camera Equipment” or other similar phrase.
The insurance company can email/fax this directly to Digital Transitions at rentals@digitaltransitions.com
or 212-504-2713. We suggest a minimum amount of coverage of $50,000 and the amount should cover TWO of everything you are renting, so that if there are any issues with equipment during your rental your insurance would cover the use of a second unit while the issue is being resolved.
